Words over dots: The market’s first look at a Warsh Fed

Markets expect the Fed to leave rates unchanged today, but the real focus will be on Kevin Warsh’s first press conference as Chair, where investors will look for clues on the future policy path, the Fed’s communication framework, and whether the central bank is leaning toward tighter policy or laying the groundwork for eventual accommodation.
